Quantum class

The Quantum class brought Royal Caribbean's big-ship building to Meyer Werft at Papenburg, with four ships delivered between 2014 and 2020 at 168,666 to 169,379 GT. Smaller than the Oasis class but far more technology-led, the design is defined by headline attractions: the North Star glass observation capsule, which lifts guests high above the ship and out over the sea, the SeaPlex indoor activity complex and the Two70 lounge, whose floor-to-ceiling windows become a projection surface after dark. Quantum of the Seas, Anthem of the Seas, Ovation of the Seas and the slightly larger Odyssey of the Seas all sail for Royal Caribbean International, bridging the gap between the Voyager formula and today's megaships.
